1. Service
Özdisiplin helps you track intermittent fasting, nutrition, activity, sleep and habits. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. Not medical advice
Plans, calorie and protein calculations, tips and recipes are general information and do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. If you have a chronic illness, diabetes, blood pressure problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of eating disorders, ask your doctor before starting intermittent fasting or the programme. If you feel unwell, break your fast and seek professional help.
3. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account details and keeping your password secret. Tell us if your account is used without permission. Do not use the app if you are under 18.
4. Membership and payment
New accounts try every feature free for 14 days without entering card details. When the trial ends you can choose a yearly or monthly plan to continue. If you don't, the app runs in limited mode: your history stays visible and you can download your data and delete your account, but the daily flow and modules are locked.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account and is subject to that store's terms. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel it in your store account's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
Refund requests are handled under the relevant store's refund rules. Price changes apply to existing subscriptions from the next period, following the store's notice rules.
5. Unacceptable use
Using the app unlawfully, trying to access others' data, disrupting the service or reverse engineering is prohibited. We may close accounts in such cases.
6. Content and rights
The app's design, texts, recipes and programmes belong to Özdisiplin and are for personal use. Records and photos you enter belong to you.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the service as is and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from decisions you make based on information in the app. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion cannot be undone.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected]
