Explicit Consent

1. What you consent to
The weight, body fat, body measurements, health pre-assessment answers, fasting, nutrition, sleep, mood, step and workout records you enter in Özdisiplin; if you turn on cycle tracking, period and symptom records and pregnancy status; your pregnancy, breastfeeding and medication answers in skin care; your dream notes if you turn on the dream module; and data imported from Health Connect are health data, a special category of personal data under the Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
2. Purpose
This data is processed only to give you a personal plan, calculations, reminders and progress reports.
3. Transfer
Data is stored at Supabase, which provides the service infrastructure and whose servers may be located abroad. When you use photo reading, the photo you choose is sent to Anthropic, and if the weekly coach letter is on, your weekly summary is sent too; if you ask for a weekly dream reflection, that week's dream notes are sent; if you ask for an evening summary, that day's item names and results are sent. Cycle data is never sent to Anthropic.
4. Withdrawal
You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected] or deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before.
